“Meagan is an incredibly proficient and compassionate attorney. I have benefited from her legal knowledge, and am confident in her work.”
“The legal framework of hiring and retaining domestic employees can, at times, be quite confusing and difficult to navigate. We found that out first hand in dealing with NY State’s Worker’s Compensation Board. After receiving a notice of a rather large penalty, Meagan was our first call and we could not be more thankful to have her as a resource. She calmly explained to us the situation we were in and how to navigate it. With her guidance and input we were able to resolve our claim with a favorable outcome. She responded to our first call expeditiously and throughout the process was extremely responsive to our myriad of questions and concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend Ms Garland for her extreme competence, diligence and responsiveness.”
